[Resolved]  Homeshop18 — 2 issues in the last 10 days

Hello, I am a very unhappy customer of HS18. I have had a bad experience twice in 10 days. I placed an order for Hiba saree (order #[protected] which came with lot of stains on it and the free bees were missing. When I called back to the customer care they said, some one will be there to collect it from me and after that a fresh piece will be delivered. I, like a fool ordered for one more set of sarees by Aanya oder #[protected] before my 1st issue was resolved and guess what...this time 2 sarees were completely different from what they showed on the TV. Your guys are very quick in delivering the things but when it comes to replace it, they are not in the picture. My 1st issue is pending from the last 5 days and now I am with the 2nd one. HS18 is only interested in new sales and not in after sale. I will keep a copy of this email and I will not hesitate to take it to the next level if my issue is not sorted out by this week end. I am travelling out of Bangalore next week and will not be back till the 28th. I need a resolution immediately... Regards, Deepti Bangalore Mob: [protected]

I knew you would say something like this... I went on saying "Hello Hello" and there was no answer from your side. You guys are very big liars. I called that number back thrice and every time it got disconnected after 5 seconds. [protected] Isn't it your number? Reverse pick up and the fresh new pieces have to be delivered by the 16th of July as I will be travelling after that. If it gets delayed beyond the 16th then I will not be responsible for the further legal action taken. Both the issues should be resolved order #[protected] &[protected].

This is totally disgusting. I cant take this for any longer. I was suppose to get the replacement saree (Hiba) by last tuesday where as the courier guy is calling me today and stating that the courier will be delivered if I paid Rs 1499. Why the hell I should pay again? This is a the replacement saree right? HS 18 sucks...no one is professional there. They do not know what they are doing...
