I had ordered 360 degree floor cleaner on 14.06.2018 at around 10.57 am Order No.[protected] worth Rs.1100/- for which I received the order Late on 02/07/2018 that to the piece brought was defective and a complaint for the same was given on 03/07/2018 at around 11.53 am Complaint No. HS[protected]

Till now I have not received any reply from them neither any revert from their side .
