[Resolved]  Homeshop18 And Oxizn Trading Pvt Ltd, — non-replacement of bad quality product under replacement policy

I had ordered on 19/10/2014 dhamaka saree offer pack of 7 sarees @ Rs.2899 from Homeshop 18 .I got the order delivered on 28th of nov.2014. After getting the product, i found it to be of extremely bad quality which i had not expected from Homeshop 18. so I registered a complaint against my order on the same day . In next two days i got the call from the complaint department and I requested for the refund of money.Today is 6th December 2014, till now i have got no response, no one has come for reverse pick up, no refund of my money.I have called several times and registered a complaint again on 25th of November, after that complaint also I have called them three times including yesterday, but till now no action has been taken by them. i had written one mail also to the complaint department but i got only computer generated reply that will reply within two days, till date i have not got any response. i am completely fed up of this kind of response by Homeshop 18 which never fails to claim of easy return policy.This was never expected by atleast Homeshop 18. we have booked some material on home shop 18 on 10/11/14 and i will return material home shop 18 way dtdc couriers slip no. f08441107 but may payment not recived till date 18/02/2015
