[Resolved]  Homeshop18 And Oxizn Trading Pvt Ltd, — replacement or exchange of product

on 9th september I saw on homeshope18, zoha wear to work collection of 5 dress materials and through may phone i ordered the same for Rs.1899. They promised to deliver the product within 5 days. But product was delivered to me on 16th september against cash on delivery. When i opened the package I was shocked to find 5 different dress materials by Zoha. Immediately I called homeshpe18 and informed the same and asked for replacement of the product. First they told me that I have received the right product but when i told that i have photos of what i have ordered, and the delivered product is not matching with the order, they promised me to replace the product. They also told me that they will first collect the parcel from me within 24 to 72 hours and within next 7 days they will replace the product.Today is 24th September but no one has till day turned to collect my parcel nor replace the product nor called me. Almost daily I call them and enquire them, they just say my complaint is lodged and they will collect and replace the product. The product replacement is highly impossible in my case because on net I saw the product ordered by me is out of stock. I called them and told about stockout.and asked for exchange of the product for some other. They told it is possible. But till day my parcel is not collected. Dear Sir/Madam,

I wish to bring to your kind notice that, I have received my order consignment, vide order no. 12000338 Dated 13/10/2016 for ZOHA Pack of 3 RTS ZOHA Golden+Red+Black[protected] today and I was shocked at the same time surprised to see the consignment in side; the 1st and 3rd Suits (In Golden & Black colours were) perfectly alright (No complaint) but the 2nd suit in Red colour was total different and was not similar to 1st and 3rd suits. More over the packing of the defective suit no. 2 was also different. As per your tv channel HOMESHOP18; the products shown were most beautiful in general but the Red colour suit in particular was looking very beautiful which was of Chiffon in Bright Red Colour but the suit dispatched to us was totally different.

You will be surprised to know that this is not the first time your Vendor M/s. OXIZN TRADING PVT. LTD., Surat, Gujarat, has done this. Earlier also they have sent me this consignment (Earlier order) wherein they have not supplied LENIN cloth for Suit no. 2 in Red colour; on complaint, this was replaced and this the replacement of my earlier order and you see, they have removed the original Red colour Suit itself and sent me an inferior quality suit and defective suit.

I am surprised how your Vedor: M/s. OXIZN TRADING PVT. LTD., Surat, Gujarat, can do such things with HOMESHOP18 Loyal Customers. I feed cheated and taken for a ride by your vendor which is not correct. Therefore, I would request you to please look into my request and take u this matter with your Vendor on
urgent basis and do the needful in this regard and confirm to me accordingly.

Homeshop18 is becoming fraud company..showing different product and sending very different and worst quality items..it causes lots of inconvinience to us
