Hi... Today when I was ordering nd enquired about my coupon code the customer care executive named " Swati " behaved very rudely with raised voice tone. You can check in your call recording what is actually happened. Kindly take proper action against this executive as because of some frustrated executive I don't think HMSH18 wants to lose their loyal customers.
