Homeshop18 — Bad service and customer care | |||||
We recieved a product on 28 may but we found that the product was used. We filed a complaint immediately and we were told that someone would pick up the order and replacement will be delivered. After filing the complaint we realized a bottle of cleanser was also mossing from the order. We waited for someone to pick up the stuff that was to be replaced but no one came. We got a message that some stuff is out of stock and will be partially replaced. On 1st june a person came and delivered only one bottle that was missing from the order. We thought we were getting rest of the stuff replaced after the old one is picked up by homeshop person. So we waited but no one came to recieve the stuff nor deliver the rest of the stuff that was to be replaced. Confused we called homeshop to enquire about the order and replacement but rather than listening to us and accepting their mistakes they just backed off saying we didt call earlier. As a customer who was conned by homeshop we are now forced to drag you to court. We need proper result of all this. Extremely disappointed and angry with homeshop.
