I purchased a ikall k2 handset on 26 nov 2017 and now today the battery is swelled up and phone hardly last for 5-10 mins. There is 1 year warranty. Now i want to know from you all that what to do now. How this priblem will be solved and plz take a quick action regarding this or suggest me ways. I didn't remember the order no. Dear Sir we have made purchase of bed sheet from home shop 18 which was not in good quality and we have asked to refund the amount and the complaint No. For that is HS[protected] but it seems that company is not willing to refund the amount and giving in relevant excuses. So I request consumer to look to the matter.
