Homeshop18 — Broken product and non delivery of replaced product

Reverent sir,
I ordered an electric cooker about a month ago which was received in a broken condition.i called the concerned people and they told me to courier it back to the warehouse.i did the same which costed me around rs950.it has been around 20 days i have not got any call from their side or any assurance to replace the product or refund my money back along with the courier charges.we are from a small place so can not go to a consumer court rather than to quote the matter online.i believe i will get justice here and your team will help me.i am giving the order no. and complaint no.
