[Resolved] Homeshop18 — Broken product delivered | |
I have bought pearl sensation vide order no[protected] delivered on[protected] in place of imperial green by sempre of london vide order number[protected]because of defective product. This time homeshop18 delivered me completely broken product. The set is broken into 4 pieces and they packed pieces in the box. From delivery date onwards I follow up with their team but all of them asked to wait for 24 hours and hang up the call. Now its over and I don't want to purchase anything from them. I need my refund.
