homeshop18.com - Delivered Wrong Product I have ordered a "Expressions Polycotton Double Bed Cover Set" via online shopping from homeshop18.com. Order no :[protected]Sub Order:[protected] placed on date[protected]. Bed sheet got delivered on 27-May, But I have received bed sheet of different colour and pattern. (Totally different in pattern & color). After that I have called them requesting to arrange reverse pickup via COMPLAINT NO :[protected] on 27-May. I have been told that I would receive a callback in 2 days, Which didn't happened till now. As I didn't receive any response/callback, I called them back several times but their response was quite ignorant, Till two weeks they were telling that they have placed the request of pick-up and it is pending with the logistic team. Till two weeks I was assured by the representative from Customer Service that they will arrange the pick-back asap. After almost 20 days, they have just refused to pick-up the order back from the shipping address. As per them they don't have the pick-up service to shipping address (GURGAON). This was quite awkward to know that their logistic department can deliver the product to particular shipping address But refuse to Pick back from the same address. And the representative of Customer Care on the other end only gives me one answer that "your complaint has been raised and some one from the complaints team will call you in 24 hours" which has not happened till date. They are asking me to make them courier of the same order with my own expenses. After experiencing such a poor service how could I sent back them the incorrect order that too on my own expenses.
