i have purchased a BSNL PENTA PS501 phablet from HOMESHOP18 on 13 jan 2014. After a week touch pad of my phone start working slowly and after few day more it has gone completely out of order without any physical damage i have complained about it in HOMESHOP18 so many times but every time the give me a no. of penta head office where i could not get solution of my problem bcoz the no. which has been given to me is not a toll free no. whenever i call on that no. noone attend the call and it finishes all my money.
