[Resolved] Homeshop18 — Complaint against Customer Service. | |||
I have purchased BSNL Penta, 3G Calling Tab at the cost of Rs. 7, 999/- on 25-26/6/2014 for my baby's birthday givt. But I am sorry to say that above Tab became out of service and service engineer explained me that Touch became serviceable whereas I have used only 10-12 days. I have purchased electronic good 1st time from homeshop 18 but very bad experience. I contact with service engineer at Chandigarh and deposited the same on 18/8/2014 despite more than 20 days same not received back after repairing. Shiwani Kumari Asstt. Manager, CBI, Chanigarh.
