Hi, I had ordered a '@home Best Buddies Photo Frame' last week, after a weeks time a wrong product has been delivered to me, the product delivered to me is Ceramic Bath set, which itself is in broken condition (attached pic as proof). I called the customer car and they asked me to write a complaint to this email-id. Just to inform you I am NOT willing to courier back the current product delivered to me reasons are given below, please send your representative/courier to get back the product and please deliver the correct product/ or refund my payment. 1. Its product delivered is already in broken condition (attached pic as proof), and of no use to anybody so doesn't make sense wasting time and money couriering this product. 2. The product delivered to me is ceramic product, so to courier I would need to do proper packaging, else it would reach your office as thousands of pieces- I am not willing to spent time and money for all this. 3. This has been a mistake from Homeshop18. so it makes more sense for the company to correct it, by taking required steps required to resolve it and try to retain the customer.
