Hi.. Pooja Mehra this side. I ordered for 35 pieces living room decor. Order No.[protected] 1st problem is same like others that how come in 3, 4 days my number got leaked to these ### scammers. I got call same for Tata Safari and cash price. You are not taking our complaints seriously. The data is leaking from your ###S courier offices. Because only they know which person order and for which address. We can sue you guys to badly against data protection act and i will take action against that for sure. We not that people who ignore and tolerate this kind of nuisance. 2. Product you sent is of too poor quality. Stuff and Lace from many sides is torn.Really disappointed. 3. Did not received any freebie that is 5 Cushion covers 4. Did not received any coupons (150+150) 5. When i complaint against this then your people took so casually that mam "These kind of call you should ignore". and when i told about freebie then they told that it there server not working can not take ANY COMPLAINT. You don't take any action but tell us to ignore. I don't trust your courier guys Your courier people are not safe for those who receiving products.If they can take our personal data they can do anything. You and we should not ignore these things. Thanks to consumer complaints forum that forward my complaint to homeshop 18 and in very short period of time my issue got sorted out. Thanks a lot!
