Booked Ezzenza 3 Pc cookware set by Sanjeev Kapoo Product code 30794117 on 16 Aug 2014 and got the delivery on the next day. When it was opened ONE HANDLE was not fitting properly and LID was damaged. Booked the comlaints on the same day. Customer care people promised for action within two/three days. Aftr four days again inquire for the same and got the replay action is being taken. After that day we request every day for any action taken from your side. Every time we are gtg the same replay. Till date we have not gtg proper response. We got the set to present for somebody for marriage, that date is gone. Can you please tell us is it your service? It means you people are not coop after selling you product. Can you do us favour to get this complaints attended
