Myself ms Urvazi, i am a registered customer at home shop 18. My registered mobile no is: [protected]. I purchased a product that is, crystal apple shape nonstick set, it was damaged so filed a complain. My buyer order number is:[protected] and courier reciept no is: [protected]. Its more than a week the product is taken for replacement but i havent got the replaced new set yet. So i called home shop 18's customer care ([protected]) on 6th december, 2013 (friday) to check about my product. It was answered by mr ajay kumar dubey. He was very rude and almost shouting on me. He wasnt even ready to listen the entire thing. The information he gave was not at all satisfactory, plus his tone of talking is too rude. Kindly take necessary actions against him.
