This is niranjan kumar suman from pune loni kalbhor pune. i had odder 3combo pack shirt with one designer shirt, from homeshop18, but product quality is too much bad, i want to return this product but no anyone is going to listen me. they told me that pickup facility is on my given address. just i want to know that if they are able to send me product at my residency then why they dont gv me pickup facility while i am ready to pay courier charge.
And another thing is that markpolo is a brand he is not allow to serve bad quality to the customer. i m going to ask from markpolo company also. i m going to mail him also.

Please send us the scanned copy of the courier receipt at [protected]@homeshop18.com with your order number mentioned on the top . We shall reimburse the courier freight charges incurred in sending the non satisfactory product back to the vendor but it should not be more than 10% of product value (in case of pvt. courier companies) else send your product back through India post we will reimburse complete freight charges charge by Indian post.
