My mom got call on friday, 16th of june, 2017 from this number [protected] which claims to be homeshoppe executive number, regarding a gift of laxmi mantra executive asked whether we want that gift or not. My mom said yes she wants that gift. Than she said that it will charge rs.700/- for that. And than disconnected the call. Today, i. E on monday 19th of june, 2017, we got the call again from home shoppe 18 from same number ([protected]) informing us that "'puja hogaya apke laxmi mantra ka now we are sending the gift address dedo." when my mom said i don't want that, u did not listen to me that day. And did not inform me anything regarding puja will be done for that. I will not accept such gift she started misbehaving she said"aaplog ki aukat nahi hai to kaise lega".
Like what kind of service is that? Is that how you value your customer?
