I purchased a hair straightner n curler combo of 999 I had called d customer care executive n placed d order while the product was telecasted in TV.I was cared 200 rs as shipping charge. but there was free shipping 4 my pinched in the website 4 cod as well.but nw I have paid 1200 .but the executive say that i[censored] book through website it's free shipping n i[censored] call u have shipping charges. Actually the company is cheating the customers. The quality of the product is also very low n they r nt ready to return the product. The price is much more higher than compared with other websites. And the executives say u should have compared the price n then placed the order. Ols train ur executives how to behave with the customers n do not cheat the customer with higher prices n extra shipping charges. Was this information helpful? | |||||
