Homeshop18 — Datawind 3G Dual Sim Calling Tablet with Keyboard

While the skilled anchors on Homeshop18 TV Channel were advertising and praising various products including the “Datawind 3G Dual Sim Calling Tablet with Keyboard”, I somehow got influenced by the anchors and the popularity of the channel and decided to order the product. The product was later delivered to me against the COD mode of payment under invoice No. TARA/14-15/947363, dated: 07.03.2015 (Order No.[protected], dated: 05.03.2015; Sub Order No.[protected]. As can be seen that not more than a month has passed, the product has completely stopped functioning. It won’t turn on anymore and believe me I have used this product "Datawind 3G Dual Sim Calling Tablet with Keyboard" for not more than a few hours. Is this what I should actually have expected of the Homeshop18 Corp. and is this the reality of its business? Though I know Homeshop18 is not the manufacturer of the product but I purchased it because these people praised it on the channel and motivated me to buy the product of such poor standard.
