I purchased a ambrane 770-c 2g calling tablet from homeshop 18 on 20/05/2014 vide order no[protected]. Firstly, the product they sent me was defective as when the tablet is plugged in for charging, its icons start dancing and windows starts opening itself.
Then they replaced it on 30/05/2014 they sent another defective piece where the battery, the moment it is put on charger, the tablet becomes so heated that, the tablet becomes a fry pan where one can make an omlate. When i made the complaint to home shop18 on 30/05/2014 itself, they asked me to wrap it and return it to them and promised to pick it up by 48-72 hours.
Had the battery exploded, who would have been held responsible
I have made the complaint again on 03/06/2014vide its complaint no. [protected] to take it back. I reminded them even on 05, 06, 07, 09, 10. 11. And on 12th june 2014 both from my registered mobile number [protected] and my residence no, they have not taken it back even on 12/06/2014.
Now these homeshop18 people are not even bothered to listen to me and every time they are saying we will pick it up by next 48 hours. I have made complaints to their all toll free numbers and noida number also...
Please help in refund of my money rs.4499/-.
