It is great regret that I am writing this letter to make you
conscious to the inconvenience caused to me after purchasing your defective
product and deficient service.
I had purchased a ZEN FIRSFOX OS Mobile ULTRAFONE
105 FIRE from your TV 18home shopping network limited
On 4th
niv-2014 Vide bill no NITCDRH/DRH/11/2014/3361497 in the name
Gaytri Banga dated 4/11/2014 and received
on With the amount 1999/- for the
same .
Attached herewith is a scan copy of the DOA and job Sheet as annexure I.
Since purchase the mobile is suffering from a number of
issues with its Batter Backup low empty . its
thus making hand set use immensely problematic and difficult.
Kindly not that I have received this mobile on 10th Nov -2014,
same day found the problem, I talk with customer care home shop 18, and ZEN
Customer care they told me visit service centre, the service centre 22km
away from home, I visit service centre sector-22 Chandigarh, there I spent
2 and half hour and i left the mobile in
service centre and i have received mobile on 11.112014, after that they update its software, but the
problem was not solved after that lot of
timer I talk with customer care they never respond to me, then i
talk with ASM ZEN Mr
Amit he told we me i will provide DOA
against this Mobile I again
I visit service centre, the in charge of service centre Smart services s c o
no 1092 first floor cabin no 10-11 sector-22 Chandigarh Mr Surinder, . The
DOA was approved I got that DOA on 17th

Today Talk with Customer care
Home shop 18 they have not give me the right answer and told me mail us DOA

The phone is clearly
suffering from manufacturing defects and your service centre is refusing to
accept the liability for this.
As consequence of defective product sold to me by your
company and the repeated incompetency
displayed by your service centre executives, I have suffered under hardship and
mental frustration, I have been trying to resolve the matter for long now but
no prop response has been given to me by your company till date.
Kindly not that mobile phone sold to me by your company is suffering
from manufacturing defects, I therefore
request you refund the money paid for the phone
i:e Rs 1999/-
I would like to emphasize that

You have
grossly negligent and unprofessional in your approach.

I have
undergone extreme stress and mental agony last two month because of your deficient
service.
Additionally, if you will not solve this problem as early as possible, Pick this Product at my given address # 005 tower no 27 royal estate Chandigarh Ambala highway Zirakpur Punjab i will not send you by courier and others, I
request you to compensate me with amount
20000/- for the extreme stress, mental agony and the harassment that
you have caused to me.
In case you fail to look into the matter within 2 day from
the date of this latter, I would be forced to:

Ask my
Lawyers to file a consumer complaint against you for gross
negligence and deficient service, as well as additional compensation for mental
agony and legal costs.

Ask my
lawyers to consider the filling of a consumer complaint against your
organization
·
Start a
sustained online campaign spreading the
word bout the appalling level of service that I have received from you ;and
·
Issue
press releases online and the print media
I hope that I do not have to take
these step and look forward to an amicable resolution of this issued.
I have all recoding that your
customer care department told to me, last day I talk with customer care they told me you can put
complaint, nothing I will do,
