[Resolved] Homeshop18 — defective electric tandoor delivered and refund not processed after one month of return | |||||
Order no. [protected] and sub order no.[protected] amount rs 1300/ and rs 300 courier charges for returning the item. I had a very unfortunate and a horrible experience of shopping with homeshop 18. I received the electric tandoor after one month of my order, it was a defective piece and the accessories mentioned in the website were also missing. After a huge follow up my item was returned and received at their end which has been confirmed by their customer care. It has been more than 30 days but i have not received the refund of my amount, every time we call their representative tells that the item is under quality check. But when they promise easy returnable policy then why so much of pain has been given to the customer. I am feeling cheated. Was this information helpful? | |||||

As per showing on t.v., all bedsheets sets in cotton, but I recd.mixed lot in poor quality and colours. This is cheating. Pls check up your end and sorted the matter.I am your costumer last seven yrs.I have payment full amount Rs.1750/-.
