[Resolved] Homeshop18 — Defective product and poor quality product | |||||
My order no. is [protected] and I have purchased 10 sets of led bulbs along with one phone and brightness of the led bulbs is very poor and sim card slot of the phone is also damaged and they are not taking return of the product as they said brightness will be that only. at the time of sale of product on tv channel, they showed brilliant brightness and also compared it with other bulbs but now i compared with other bulbs and they said their bulbs will have this much brightness only and do not compare with other product. finally i want refund of this product as this is totally waste for me. Rs 999 means a lot for me and this is totally waste for me. further i can not visit service centre for phone of rs 500 as cost of visiting service centre is more than that.
