I PURCHASED THE ABOVE PRODUCT IN THE LAST WEEK OF SEPTEMBER WITH 3 MONTHS WARRANTY BUT AFTER 2 TIMES USAGE, THE PRODUCT BROKE SO I ASKED THE COMPANY FOR SERVICING AS IT WAS UNDER WARRANTY PERIOD BUT SINCE OCTOBER THE COMPANY GIVES EVERYTIME NEW COMPLAINT NO. TO RESOLVE MY COMPLAINT AND NO ONE CARES TO CALL ME BACK SO EVERY TIME AFTER A SPAN OF 2-3 DAYS, I CALL THEM BUT THEIR REPLY IS THAT THEY WILL PROVIDE ME NEW SERVICE CENTRE NO. WHO WILL CONTACT ME BUT THE SERVICE CENTRE NO, WHICH THEY ARE PROVIDING ME IS ALWAYS SWITCHED OFF. I AM A REGULAR CUSTOMER SINCE LAST 5 YEARS BUT THE CO, IS NOT BOTHERED TO REPLACE/REFUND MY PRODUCT. AND THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME, EVERY TIME THEY DELIVER DEFECTIVE PRODUCT WHICH MAY BE AT THE TIME OF PACKING.
