[Resolved] Homeshop18 — defective product supply | |||
I have making an online order for Singer Snack Maker having order no.[protected] Sub Order no.[protected] dated 17.10.2018 to Home Shop18, after twelve days received the above product then same day evening I have start these product but above products not working properly and corn started to burning. Further I have call to Home Shop18 customer care and inform the all above problem with machine and demanded for taking replacement or return the above product but Home Shop18 denied for return and advise to us please call/visit the service center for repairing but I totally denied and said that I have not used it once and it needs to be repaired. Therefore, it should be return back as soon as possible. Today again mailed to Home Shop18 by us with Singer Service Center contact number for repairing.
