Homeshop18 — delivered wrong product

I ordered product no.31758689 dt 13 june 2014 style diva2 wedding collection by hiba. i got wrong parcel that Is saree instead of dress Material which i ordered. Immediatly i complaint to Customer care they said with in 48 hrs they will solve the issue still the the problem is not resolved. since 1 month daily iam calling to customer care just they r saying sorry for Inconvinience. hence i request u to solve my issue soon as possible.
