[Resolved] Homeshop18 — Delivery o[censored]nserviceable / non- functional product | |||||
I have ordered a rechargeable pedestal fan of make eveready at the cost of rs3775 from homeshop18. The order no is[protected]. The fan was delivered on 30 jun 17. On installation of the product i came to know the followings. 1. The fan is not working in any mode i. E.ac or dc power supply. 2. The indications on the fan i. E. Fan on and power are not glowing which is indicative of either fan is not getting input power supply or there is problem in its internal circuitary. 3. The company has not given me any invoice and also warranty card without any details filled and without signature / stamp on it. The fan is completely unserviceable and i am requesting them to replace it since 30 jun 17 they have not taken any initiative to resolve the issue. Instead i am troubled a lot and being shown different doors.
