My product charged 1500 and due to size varaition I returned it and the courier responsibility was taken care by me as company asked me to do it. And I was assured that my amount will be refunded.the courier amount was 450 .the response is very rude .not at all satisfied.my amount is not refunded and the company is putting my call on hold for long time which isn't acceptable .kindly help me
