Hello, I have purchased a Speed Master Puma Shoe from HomeShop18 on 16th July 2015, that I got in 3 days on 20th July that was great, but unfortunately the size wasn't correct, I requested change of size on 20th of July, and for the same, they booked a return on 21st of July, in between they sent us a fake message saying that there was a pickup attempt, which is not true, the security in our flat doesn't have any entry for their visit. Today is 3rd August, I have called more than 5 times to them, they always say there will be pick in 2 days, but it has not been taken yet. I request you to please take a strong action against them, I don't want the product and want 5000/- compensation for harassment and fake arrangements they did. My order number is[protected] Thanks.
