Homeshop18 — Digitru car body cover refund request

I have placed the order through online on HomeShop18 (https://www.homeshop18.com) on 06-Oct and they delivered the product on 14-Oct. The received product seems to be a DAMAGED one. So I have raised a complaint on 16-Oct (Complaint ID:[protected]. One of their executives called me next day and I was not able to attend their call since i was driving. So I have called the customer care number [protected] on same day evening and they told me to wait for call from customer care agent who will guide me to return the product.

This continues for next 10 days... No one called me. So i again escalated the complaint through Mail, I got response on 31-Oct saying to pack the product and send it through India Post by myself (Since they told that they cannot provide PICKUP service to my area).

The next day (01-Nov), I have packed the item and sent it through India post with tracking number (CT[protected]IN).
Charges: 20(includes package cloth and seal) + 68(Shipping cost) = Rs.88/-.

The customer executives told they can provide 10% of the product cost(Product price is 618. So Rs.61 in my case) and maximum shipping cost of Rs.70 whichever is minimum. Here i lost Rs.27.

India post delivered the return product on 07-Nov (which is less when compared to HS18 delivery time). Here is the proof http://www.indiapost.gov.in/ParcelNetTracking.aspx?articlenumber=CT[protected]IN...

I have scanned the receipt and sent it to HS18 for tracking purpose and also informed them through call. They told me to wait for 5 days since they need to process the refund request. I waited for more than 5 days and keep on calling them daily. Each time, they are extending the days without any solution.

I got very irritated and spoke with them asking for update. The below are the response from them.

First person: Please wait for 2 days, we have escalated this ticket.
Nothing happens after 2 days.

Second person: We haven't received your product please send us the name of receiver.
(How would i get to know??)

Third person: His name is "Shahid" (he spoke very arrogantly). He told to send the Proof of Delivery for the return product. I have spoke with India post regarding Proof of Delivery, they told it can be available only at Receiver post office(Delhi) and cannot be obtained here.

I lost my hope, since "Shahid" told, "Proof of Delivery is must, then only we can proceed your refund".

I have sent a detailed mail to HS18 again (as always) with all scanned proof (1. Tracking details, 2. Courier Receipt, and 3. Screenshot of mail from HS18 to return the product through INDIA POST).

Again i called for an update, the executive told to wait for 2 more days so that one of their person will call and update. As usual, i don't have other choice instead of waiting.

Waited for the days and called again. As expected, got the same response to wait for another 24hrs.

Still WAITING (Wasting my time)

I kindly request you to register my complaint against HomeShop18 and provide JUSTICE.
