As per my conversation on the telephone no- [protected], I put a complaint against the mobile – MI-504 Spice android Phablet. That was not working properly on the very 1st day when I received it, it`s touch is not working properly and hang-up problem is also there.So the concerned person asked me to replace the phone with any other model and product. I want to replace my phone with new Spice up grade Model no- MI-506 .( Product code[protected], stellar mettle icon dual sim android phone white Worth Rs.6999/- I have paid Rs-6000/- when I received the last order Mobile – spice MI-504 and i will pay the rest of money Rs-1000/- at the time of Receiving Mob- MI-506, Model. Kindly send the gift coupon worth Rs-500/- along with the new phone as I have not received any gift Coupon with the last order. As per above Request letter i m sanding in replacement Box But nobody Check my Complaint letter hard copy duly signed by me, and nobody Call me regarding Confirmation, Which product we sending again . Now i Again Place a new order no[protected] date 11/5/14 i receive on 16/5/14 but there is again offer gift coupon is not available in the box . Kindly explain if the offer coupon are not available with you. you should not show the offer on Hs18 TV channel because in both the order we did not received the gift coupon Kindly do what you say. Bay this activities your customers gets disappointed. i send a many mails and done many calls but ther is no revert on my mails nad calls my money is not revert back .
