[Resolved]  Homeshop18 — Duplicate damaged product

I had ordered set of 5 lipsticks by colorcare London. The product I received is duplicate fake definitely not what looks like on screen. I have asked for refund but HS18 wont respond coz it is a matter of only 599 bucks. Customer satisfaction does not matter to them. It should be called Bluffshop 18 instead. They deliver cheap damaged duplicate fake products
