[hs18 care #2310879] i have to make legal complaint on homeshop18 on indian consumer site because its enough now my order number [protected]. You guys have crossed all the limits of patience i have clearly informed you that i would be out of station after 14 may. I had requested you to make urgent delievery of my product but you guys dont want to lissen any thing all you guys are saying wait till 15 may but enough of it now. Even my order is not dispatched its beeen more than 1 week now and now it is showing delayed even today i got a message that my order is delayed due to operational issue i dont care what the hail it is now. Ms neeti you have given me commitment in 9 may dont worry your item will be shipped till 10 may forsuee. All you guys are replying that we have sent an email to concernt team dont worry your product will be diapatched in 48 hours. All also your coustmer care empolye are not understandable and sounds knowlegable. Its just wasteing of time to cordinate to your support team. I have sent lot of emails everytime you are replying your order has been proceed and will reach to you soon. But enough of it now i am really frustrated to your coustmer support for your reference i am attaching the screensort and dont tell me to request my patience an all that shatttt..
