Hi I have ordered a mop from Homeshop18 Order no.[protected] so far 3 times i have contacted him for replacement or solution, that product is not working properly but every time they registered a new compliant and do nothing on it complaints number are 1. 94180865 2. 93863155 3. 93976801 Please do the needful on urgent basis. Homeshop18 having the worst customer care support
It almost 15 days i am continuously calling to them writing mail to them but no step has been taken so far.
Pathetic experience with homeshop18 so far.
I even loose all hope that faulty product could be replace

A tablet has delivered today 2.30 pm at my home address at yamuna Nagar when it is opened it found scratched and seems to be used tabletSo please either change it with new tablets or refund me my payment. For a good business terms it is not a good business practices so it is requested to take immediately action
