T&C on www.homeshop18.com this is my order details and today I got a surprise from Homeshop18, A package with 10 local Chinese led bulbs with no branding, in a box without any internal packaging, having a light lesser than a candle. what rubbish it is, I just reject the delivery and hoping a return for my money fom them asap. and I am planning to submit a case in consumer forum because the customer care simply ignored my complaint and they told me "we can not register a complaint for any inconvenience if you are not taking the delivery" there is no value for my time and I know why they are doing this to me because of advanced payments.
