Homeshop18 — giving me 2nd hand product | |||
hello sir/mam, i bought a tablet from home shop 18 under sub order no[protected] they send me 2nd hand product with opened seal and some quantity is missing. when i call them then one of their team leader(NITIN) said its often happen in HS18, we will call you within 48hours, when i received call from them then amrita said please send me screen shots, i did the same after that when i call them then firstly mr narinder gave me surprise by simply told me we always open the seals of product before dispatch.when i said i also have invoice of another customer within box then he simply told me we can replace the product.when i asking for refund & compensation he denied to do so n said you can visit consumer court and beyond me there is no superer authority in HS18 with who i can talk...what aa pathetic service by HS18 Was this information helpful? | |||
