[Resolved] Homeshop18 — giving wrong size dresses | |
On july 28 i returned my dresses which wer of wrong size. They told me i will get refund within 5-6 days but till date i have not received my refund. Had worst experience with them now. Complaint no is always busy n people ter not responding properly. They will lose customers trust very soon if they continue dis way others beware. Dey r harsng a lot. Fabric of bedsheets is not so good so I want to return it back...m not getting any response from Ur executive s.i want the refund.so please look into this matter asap.ur complaint section number doesn't connect also..I have called so many times.please tell me the procedure of return ing back the order so dat I will get my refund
