Homeshop18 — harassment from homeshop 18

I have ordered zaveri pearl set on 14 dec13, order no.[protected] in which homeshop ws providing 20 necklace sets but i received only 17. The quality of products was pathetic. I returned the order & asked for refund & specifically told to executive that i want the cheque in favour of my name(Deepak Yadav) but they have issued in favour of my brother's name & that too with wrong name. Again i registered the complaint on 30dec13 to issue a fresh cheque on my name but till date i have not received the cheque. A person told me that i will get the cheque by 3rdjan14 but they failed to provide me the cheque.I request each & every people not to go with home shop 18 as the quality of product is very poor. Also their refund team is not at all cooperative, CJ Alive is far better then homeshop18. They provide quality product @ very reasonable rates+free coupons.
I'm still waiting for a response from homeshop18...
