Hi, I have bought a 'SPICE MI 506 MOBILE ' from HOME SHOP18 with order date 7thMay'14, but on delivery found that the product was defective i.e it was not working properly, so called HOME SHOP18 to send some one and get it replaced or repaired but inspite of calling them several times didn't get any positive response from their end, it has been really frustrating for us, so request you to please help ..
