[Resolved] Homeshop18 — Homeshop18 cancelled my product and no refund | |||
I had placed an order around 15 to 18 days back for Jensen stainless steel set. The company made me wait for so many days then I had worse experience with their courier Express. I kept calling everyday for my product spoke to three different people from homeshop18 gave false promises and without informing me cancelled my product and processed my money for refund. Finally I spoke to Jay Prakash from homeshop18 who was rude and not at all helpfull. I had very bad experience and complete time and money waste from homeshop18. Finally they said it will take another 7 to 10 days to get my money back. Complete negligence and lack of interest to serve the customer. I want compensation for the days I waited and the way I was treated.
