[Resolved]  Homeshop18 — Homeshop18 not conducting professionally and defaulting repeatedly

Dear homeshop18,
I am writing again to inform you about the harassment that I am caused by homeshop18. Please go through below incidences to fully understand the issue.
• I placed an order for Homme Men's Black Leather Formal Shoes-PSKH1065-IND-9, on 18th June 2014 (order number[protected]; suborder[protected]. The order was placed under “COD” option. However, the order was not delivered to me even after 3 days (as committed by homeshop18 when placing the order). The status of the order, as reflected on the homeshop18 website had been shown as “Verified”. When I called the homeshop18 customer care center, I was confirmed by the executive that the order has already been verified by the vendor (explained to me that the vendor has confirmed to me that the order is available in good condition) and that I should receive the ordered item within next 1-2 days. However, even after my repeated telephonic requests made to homeshop18 customer care center, I was not delivered the item. After approximately 15 days of placing the order, the homeshop18 customer care executive called me to inform me that the order has been cancelled from the vendor side due to unavailability. When I asked that I was already confirmed that the order has been verified by the vendor for its availability, I was not given any suitable explanation and was turned down. I was even asked to book the order again without addressing my grievance. When I requested the executive to blacklist the vendor, I was turned down by saying that there is no such policy with homeshop18.
• Even after a bitter experience as narrated above, I placed another order for same shoe (Homme Men's Black Leather Formal Shoes-PSKH1065-IND-9) on 2nd July 2014, order number[protected]; suborder number 81827265. This order was also placed under “COD” option. However, today, it has been 5th day and I am still awaiting for the order to be delivered. Similar to the abovementioned issue, this new order has also been reflected as VERIFIED and committed to be delivered within 3 days. When I called homeshop18 customer care center on 6th July 2014, I was shocked to learn that my order has been cancelled again. The executive was blunt, and I was informed that the vendor has cancelled it due to stock unavailability. When I asked the executive for a reason for the cancellation after verification of the order, the executive bluntly asked me to book it again.
• I called homeshop18 customer care center again on 6th July 2014 and spoke with the floor manager, Mr Ravi Kumar, who told me another story. As per Mr Ravi, the recent order[protected] has been verified by the vendor and shall be delivered soon. I was confirmed by Mr Ravi that homeshop18 team has miscommunicated with me and that the order shall be delivered to me with 100% surety.

I request homeshop18 to answer me following questions which are based on my bitter experience with homeshop18 as explained above.
1. Why was my order cancelled after verification by the vendor?
2. How can homeshop18 inform us of stock unavailability, when the order was placed well-in-line with the availability of the stock (updated live on the homeshop18 website) and the same was confirmed by the vendor as “VERIFIED”?
3. Upon asking the homeshop18 customer care, why was vendor not blacklisted due to not delivering after “Verification status”?
4. Why did homeshop18 not logged a complaint against the vendor on my behalf (I was on the other hand refused to lodge any complaint)?
5. Why the homeshop18 executive lied to me on 6th July 2014 which was accepted by Mr Ravi Kumar, and I was requested for forgiveness?
6. When will I receive the said order (Homme Men's Black Leather Formal Shoes-PSKH1065-IND-9; order number[protected]; suborder number[protected]?

By copying Hommeshoe, I request them to kindly coordinate with the homeshop18 so that my order is delivered ASAP.

Kindly reply on urgent basis as any delay in the delivery of the item is harassing me. In addition the unprofessional conduct by the homeshop18 should not be repeated again.
