[Resolved] Homeshop18 — incomplete product sent now not paying the full amount

Hi,

We have bought a product named "gehno ki baarat 27 sets by kumkum" via order number[protected] which initially had 7 pcs less then wrong and less items were sent. After lodging the complaint it was sent back. Now you are not paying us the full amount. We need to the product + shipping cahrges amount in our account. Please no discussions & wastage of time is required now. We also do not want any gvs only money...

They did not do anything just sent the money after so many follow ups and did not pay my courier charges deducted all the courier charges... No other online sites do this they pay back the courier charges also. Please do not buy anything from HOMESHOP they cheat people..
