[Resolved] Homeshop18 — incorrect product delivered and refusing to refund | |||
This is regarding the order number [protected] which was ordered by my mother. Instead of sending sarees, you guys have delivered suits and now your customer care is not returning the money. Just making false promises that they will send the sarees. Can you please refund our amount. Dont extort and cheat us like this. The order was placed last week and inspite of giving calls to customer care everyday, they are refusing to return the money. Was this information helpful? | |||
