[Resolved] Homeshop18 — incorrect product size received | |||
I had ordered a product "Peachy 3 Tops and 3 Jeggings" of "Large" size. Unfortunately each of the products have been received in different different sizes. 2 tops are L, and the other one is XL. 1 Jegging is M, and the other 2 are Small size. I called the customer care for around 10-15 times today to get this issue resolved. I also asked if I could get the correct size that I wanted, i.e Large for all tops and Jeggings, but they even denied that. The IVR is not working and I am not able to update my Account # details on the IVR correctly to claim the refund on my bank Account. I asked them to call me back since it is an STD call for me but they denied. I liked the product, but the customer service experience is so frustrating and terrible I must say. Nobody even from the escalation team is able to help you or even consider your request. Please refund the FULL amount to the below bank details Was this information helpful? | |||

I ordered for pack of 5 tops but on delivery I got one top of different size and they sent me another also of other size and now they are saying that this would not be changed as this is a company’s policy
