Dear team, I had received the order no - [protected] on 04/09/2017 but the consignment is incomplete. There is small lid and wistel was not sent. I had raised the complaint on the same date and got the information that the same will be sent to my address. The order no - [protected] has been generated against the same. After few days when we call on your customer care number to confirm the status of the order. We came to know that the order is canceled and you are sending the rs. 300/- coupon which are still not received at my end. I don't want any coupon, i want only lid and wistel if not possible then refund my money. The order has been booked by my family member (Satvir kour) and when we complaints you forcefully told that only coupon will be given. Why my money will not be refunded if your company will not fulfill the order after taking money. I had a word at your customer care number and they upfrontly denied to provide the missing parts or refund only said will give coupon only as per company policy. This is called cheating and your company is opening doing cheating with the consumer and i will not spare your company on this. This will led towards raising complaint in front of honorable court of jammu and kashmir under consumer protection act. This is my humble request to send me the lid and wistel or refund my whole money as your company has failed to fulfill my order as advertised and which i had ordered. I will wait for your revert till 12/09/2017 with one of the said request fulfill otherwise none receipt will force me to take a legal action aganist your company because this is not the first time it happens. Your company has cheated me in the past too and all the documents and records are with me which i will furnish in front of honorable court for justice and and take strict action against your company.
