Respected sir/madam, This is regarding issue with refund the amount in online for cancelled product for order no.[protected]. For this regards, we have contacted for several times with the team and provided the mini statement as for their request. But yet now i have not received the amount to my accounts. While i contacted the bank they asked for unr no. For tracking. But same has not been able to provide by the homeshop 18 team. Please do the needful of that. As per our conversation, the team needs to provide the detailed procedure of refund. But instead of providing the details they resolved the issue. It is hurrible instead of resolved it is put it has a resolved. Kindly provide the detailed information and before issue resolved kindly don't put the the issue as resolved. It is disgusting.
