It is inform you that I have ordered a Priya Envey3 Lunch Box of three (3) Steel container (Order No.[protected] & Sub-order No.[protected] on[protected] from HomeShop18. On to-day i.e.[protected] I have received a package from HomeShop18 by DOTZOT Courier Service, Jorhat, Assam. After, opening the packet I saw that a Priya Envey2 Lunch Box of two (2) steel container supplied to me which is not ordered by me. I have also contacted customer care service of Home Shop18 the person of customer care admit that by mistake they have supplied another item to me and send a sms to me with a complaint No.[protected]. Customer care service also advised me that I should return back the item to them. Now, I am asking you that who will bear the parcel charges for returning back the item to HomeShop18 because, mistake was not done by me and my item was not supplied as per my order. It is hard to believe that like HomeShop18 which is a very renowned online shopping of India can do such a mistake and I am requesting you that an enquiry should be done and the item which was ordered by me should send to me first and then I will return the item which I have received on today.
