[Resolved] Homeshop18 — leaking my personal information plus arrogant employee | |||||
Initially i was getting message of delivery attempt failed for my order [protected] without any attempt of calling me, later i was texted and contacted by [protected] pretending himself to be homeshop18 employ having my name number and other personal information. When i brought this into the consideration of hs18 employee he forwarded my call to his some senior mr. Navdeep who was arrogant as hell and asked me to take actions on my own and wasn't listening nor was ready to speak later and was only responding "achaa, hmm" when i tried to make him speak by asking question he simply said disconnect the call and call again to talk to other member. Highly unethical, irresponsible and rude, and unprofessional kinda behaviour that too after a blunder of leaking my personal information to some unauthorized party!!!
