[Resolved] Homeshop18 — microwave received in broken condition | |||
Dear team, I had received microwave in breaked condition from homeshop. Then after having discussion with customer care they told me to courier the parcel back and we will process your refund process.. My parcel received on 19 of feb at their end but still there is no confirmation for my refund. Whenever i mail for my refund a system generation mail received from mr chetan dass. But still there is no resolution or confirmation for my refund.. I request to everyone to never buy anything from homeshop and now i am going to escalate this matter. The product, 6sets of patiala, which I can buy is not good.. It was not free in size.. I want to change it or money return. Plz do something..
